Ms. Jacot is now employed as an Assistant Attorney General at the Minnesota Attorney General's Office where she handles litigation involving the Minnesota Department of Human Rights and the Minnesota Department of Corrections. Ms. Jacot clerked for the Honorable John B. Van De North in Ramsey County.
Ms. Jacot joined the Joint Degree Program in 2002, beginning her studies in the Law School. Her studies at the Humphrey Institute emphasized science policy. In Summer 2004, she held an internship at the University of Minnesota's Office of the General Counsel. She completed her JD requirements in May 2005 and her master's degree in December 2005. She received her BA in Environmental Science with a minor in Biology from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin.
